1. Agreement to Terms

By calling our business phone number, sending us a text message, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

J&N Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related services in the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area.

3. AI-Assisted Communication

Our phone line is answered by an AI-powered virtual receptionist. This system:

Answers inbound calls on behalf of J&N Window Cleaning
Provides information about our services and approximate pricing
Collects customer details for scheduling and quoting purposes
Schedules appointments and provides booking confirmations
Transfers calls to the business owner when needed

All pricing provided by the AI receptionist is approximate and subject to final confirmation by the business owner.

4. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number during a call or text interaction with J&N Window Cleaning, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of text messages:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Follow-up messages after phone calls
Quote and estimate notifications
Service-related updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically 1–5 messages per service inquiry or appointment.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. J&N Window Cleaning does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

5. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments scheduled through our AI receptionist are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. We will notify you of any changes via phone or text.

6. Pricing and Payment

All estimates provided over the phone or via text are approximate and subject to change upon inspection.
Final pricing is confirmed by the business owner before or upon arrival.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

7. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee at the discretion of the business owner.

8. Limitation of Liability

J&N Window Cleaning is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our AI receptionist or SMS messaging system. Our AI provides information to the best of its ability but is not a substitute for direct communication with the business owner for complex or urgent matters.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
